We encourage kids to get active by introducing a fun style of outdoor fitness.
Our approach to children’s fitness begins with taking screen breaks and getting outside! “Get up, Get inspired, and Get moving”.
A Heart of an Angel children’s fit camp is a place where kids can be kids again, get active outside in an environment to play, learn and have fun! They socialize with peers, make friends, explore and experience new adventures while learning about all aspects fitness, nature and spirituality.
We offer our Kids Fit Camps to children aged 5-8.

My 7-year-old daughter looks so forward to her classes at the park! Ms. Annette plants the seeds of mental resilience and kindness. The kids get physical fitness while out in nature. I’m so grateful for her classes. Can’t recommend A Heart of an Angel enough!
